We noticed that the main screen did not load fast enough, more than a minute. Of course! Many elderly people, namely many photos, tried to appear on the screen at one moment. We offered the "Pomosch" team to make a clustering of photos. At the present time, wards are grouped by districts, and the map displays not large photos, but small icons. Photos are displayed when the map is zoomed.

The app update

The "Pomosch" team carried out large-scale works on backend refactoring. As a result, the new backend became incompatible with the old one. It was necessary to ask users to update the application as soon as possible so that it could work correctly and continue to help. We added this functionality and asked the users to update the app on the nail.

Pushes and other features

Our team has completed many small but important tasks. For example, there were no pushes in the system before, but we added them! Now they come directly to the phone. We also set up analytics so that user actions inside the application could be tracked. In addition, we added a "Notification Center" section, improved the style of the map with closed needs and the ward’s profile.
