Project task

We had a complicated task — to make the ads searching as easy as possible, maintaining the continuity with the website and taking into consideration all the limitations of server API.

Solution

With the first start the app asks only two questions: Where do you need to find the real estate and what type of the real estate do you want? We decorate it beautifully to set the user in a positive mood.

Search

And right after that we show the results — what the users come for. It is convenient that sorting by date and price is seen on the screen at once.

If there are too many ads, you can refine the search.

2 level filtering

No one likes a long survey, that’s why we have created a 2 level filter: at first there are only five most important parameters. All other are hidden behind the button «advanced search» — for the pickiest users.

Placing an ad

Placing an ad is one more delicate moment. On the one hand we need to make easier the process of filling the parameters, on the other hand it is important to stimulate the user to submit as much data as possible. So we have divided the process into 5 short steps, added the prompts and advice how to fill the information.

Some interesting ads and search requests are always at hand in the Favorites.

User profile

User profile is focused on the ads submitted. They all are divided into categories — that is very important for the agents who have tens of objects and need to see the status.

A number of services is available in the app. You can pay for them with both, local currency and In-App Purchase.

We have prepared a big information section with topical news and articles for those who are interested in real estate market. Due to its popularity on the web site we included an opportunity to add comments for a free exchange of opinions between readers.
